彩砂如何选料

(1)自然彩砂精选矿石，由于喷砂用石英砂对硬度要求比较高所选矿石含硅量要达到98%-99%以上。

(2)自然彩砂破碎分级，这一步最重要大家都知道矿石一般有两种破碎方法，干打和石碾。喷砂专用石英砂必须采用石碾工艺才能使矿石不改变内部结构保持应有的硬度。原因很简单，干打主要依靠锤式破碎及内部高速运转的铁锤把矿石打碎虽然也能达到要求的颗粒大小，但是石英砂的内部结构已经布满裂痕它的硬度其实已经大大降低。水洗石碾工艺是采用两个10吨重的碾滚，(碾中要加入大量的水)把矿石加入碾滚下，利用石碾不停的转动将其压碎，这种工艺可以把矿石中高硬度的部分压成颗粒，低的部分变成了粉末随水流出，且对矿石硬度没有改变。

(3)自然彩砂烘干分级，从石碾随水流出来的砂子要进行烘干然后分级，装袋入库。

喷砂专用石英砂有;硬度高，不含粉，颗粒均匀的特点。而彩砂中有一类白色沙子充当喷砂是不合适的，彩砂是我们日常生活中应用较为广泛的，染色彩砂中有应用石英砂最为基础原材料。

( 3 ) natural sand drying graded crushed stone with the water from the sand to be drying out and then grading , bagging storage.

There are special quartz sand blasting ; high hardness , powder -free , uniform particle characteristics. And there is a kind of white sand in sand blasting is inappropriate acts , sand is in our daily lives is widely used , dyed quartz sand has applied the most basic raw materials .
