彩砂生产流程

　　彩砂颜色源自石材本色，具有颜色自然，无毒无污染，不易变色等特点。其生产流程可分如下步骤：
　　1、彩砂石料开采、运输。我厂生产的彩砂原石，开采自太行山脉，质地优良，颜色纯正。
　　2、彩砂石料初碎。石料经给料机输送至磕石机，初步破碎成直径5-10公分的粗料。
　　3、彩砂粗料粉碎。初步破碎完成的粗料，由输送带输送至粉碎机进行粉碎，此过程会产生粉尘污染，要采用除尘器除尘。粉碎后的石材已经变成为各种目数彩砂石的混合物。
　　4、彩砂筛分。粉碎完成的彩砂石混合物被输送至振动筛，经振动筛分级筛选出不同目数的彩砂并进入相应的储存舱室。不合规格的碎石，经输送带输送返回粉碎机进行再次粉碎。
　　经过几个步骤的加工，笨重的原料石就变成了色彩均匀的五彩沙石，应用于各种装饰材料当中，装点我们的美好生活。

　　4,screening.Choifinishedcrushedgravelmixtureisfedtothevibratingscreen,vibratingsievetofilteroutthroughthemeshofdifferentsandandintotheappropriatestoragecompartments.Substandardgraveltransportedbyconveyorbelttosmashreturngrinderagain.
　　Afterworkingafewsteps,bulkyrawstonebecomesauniformcolorcolorfulsand,whichisappliedtoavarietyofdecorativematerials,decorateourbetterlife.
